Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will be shipped on the next working day (Monday). If the next working day falls on a Bank Holiday, orders will ship on the following working day.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Options:

• Royal Mail 1st Class: Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Starts from £4.95.
• Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Starts from £3.95.

Important Notes About Royal Mail Services:

• References to "Royal Mail 24™" and "Royal Mail 48™" are official Royal Mail service names. They do not guarantee 24-hour or 48-hour delivery.
• Orders are shipped using either Signature-required services (for high-value orders) or Tracked Click & Drop services for added peace of mind.
• Tracking references (for fully tracked orders) will be emailed to you on the day of shipping.

Special Offers and Free Shipping:

• For free shipping offers, the default service is Royal Mail 2nd Class unless otherwise stated.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and match the terms of the promotion as specified on the product page where the code is offered. Using a code for products not included in the related offer will result in order cancellation. Discount codes published by third-party websites or voucher services are not authorised by Tube King are not valid and will result in order cancellation.

Additional Policies:

• Forwarding Companies: Orders with forwarding company addresses may be canceled.
• Temporary / Non-Standard Addresses: We reserve the right to cancel any order sent to a temporary or non-standard address, including, but not limited to, hotels, B&Bs, caravan parks, boats, marinas, or similar locations.
• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, refunds will exclude the original shipping cost. We will attempt to contact you to correct any obvious errors before shipping.

Industrial Action and High-Volume Orders:

• In the event of postal service disruptions, orders will be dispatched at the next available opportunity.
• Same-day dispatch may not be possible for high-volume orders due to stock availability.

Express Shipping:

Selecting Express Shipping means Royal Mail 1st Class will be used.

Important Notice for Repeat Incorrect Orders:

In cases where multiple incorrect orders have been placed, we may pause dispatch until the customer confirms the order is correct, based on their confirmation email. This is to help avoid unnecessary returns, delays, and costs for both parties. Incorrect Orders and Refunds: If goods are returned because they were ordered incorrectly, the original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded. This applies even if the order qualified for free delivery at the time of purchase, in which case the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from any refund. Incorrect Address: If a buyer uses an incorrect address at the time of placing an order and their order is unable to be delivered due to this incorrect or incomplete address; any applicable refund will be less the outgoing P&P paid by the buyer. We will of course try to identify any obvious address errors and we will contact you for confirmation. Your order will be held until your confirmation.
