Order Dispatch:
Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will be shipped on the next working day (Monday). If the next working day falls on a Bank Holiday, orders will ship on the following working day.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Options:
• Royal Mail 1st Class: Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Starts from £4.95.
• Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Starts from £3.95.

Important Notes About Royal Mail Services:
• References to "Royal Mail 24™" and "Royal Mail 48™" are official Royal Mail service names. They do not guarantee 24-hour or 48-hour delivery.
• Orders are shipped using either Signature-required services (for high-value orders) or Tracked Click & Drop services for added peace of mind.
• Tracking references (for fully tracked orders) will be emailed to you on the day of shipping.
Special Offers and Free Shipping:
• For free shipping offers, the default service is Royal Mail 2nd Class unless otherwise stated.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and must match the terms of the promotion. Incorrect usage of codes may result in order cancellation.
Additional Policies:
• Forwarding Companies: Orders with forwarding company addresses may be canceled.
• Temporary Addresses: Orders to temporary addresses (e.g., hotels, B&Bs, caravan parks) may be canceled.
• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, refunds will exclude the original shipping cost.
We will attempt to contact you to correct any obvious errors before shipping.
Industrial Action and High-Volume Orders:
• In the event of postal service disruptions, orders will be dispatched at the next available opportunity.
• Same-day dispatch may not be possible for high-volume orders due to stock availability.
Express Shipping:
Selecting Express Shipping means Royal Mail 1st Class will be used.

We wouldn't get very far over the years if we sent damaged items, lord knows where we'd even source pre-damaged inner tubes! However, there is usually a simple solution, make sure to read our Fitting Instructions page and this will answer this one before it happens!

You'll see that valve come in a variety of sizes, one solution is to measure your current valve or check out our valve guide to make sure you have the right valve for the job
Yes, you're correct! With quality tubes you have a stronger rubber so that will help, also their manufacture quality means less issues with breakages and also they don't loose pressure as easily as standard tubes, meaning more consistency and improved performance. Remember the adage, 'buy cheap, buy twice'.

Any valve cap is better than no valve cap, they keep the dust out of you valve and protected the internals. To go one step further a metal valve cap has the same benefits, increases pressure retention (incase of a leaking valve core) and look a dam sight better in our opinion if you like that sort of thing. So yes, they are well worth using.
