- The Universal Tyre Levers from Vittoria feature a variety of industry leading performance benefits.
- One of the two ends of the lever is shaped like a hook to make the tyre removal from the rim easy and quick. This is a special feature of the Universal Tyre Levers that makes it an effective multi-functional tool. The second end of the levers allows to easily position the tyre bead on the rim. The end is slightly banked to ease the insertion of the tyre bead inside the rim channel. Thanks to this feature, minimal force is required to mount the tyre on the rim.
- On the U-shaped end of the lever, there is an insertion point designed to remove Presta valve cores. Simply insert the valve core, twist the tyre lever, and remove the valve core. With the valve core remover feature, extra tools for valve core removal are not necessary anymore. On one side of the handle, there is a hook which allows to fasten the lever to the spoke while it keeps the tyre bead off the rim. This feature is very useful as it allows to keep the tyre in place with one bead off. In this way, it is possible to work on other parts of the tyre or add the sealant inside the tyre without extra help.

Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will be shipped on the next working day (Monday). If the next working day falls on a Bank Holiday, orders will ship on the following working day.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Options:
• Royal Mail 1st Class: Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Starts from £4.95.
• Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). Starts from £3.95.

• References to "Royal Mail 24™" and "Royal Mail 48™" are official Royal Mail service names. They do not guarantee 24-hour or 48-hour delivery.
• Orders are shipped using either Signature-required services (for high-value orders) or Tracked Click & Drop services for added peace of mind.
• Tracking references (for fully tracked orders) will be emailed to you on the day of shipping.
Special Offers and Free Shipping:
• For free shipping offers, the default service is Royal Mail 2nd Class unless otherwise stated.

• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, refunds will exclude the original shipping cost.
We will attempt to contact you to correct any obvious errors before shipping.
Industrial Action and High-Volume Orders:
• In the event of postal service disruptions, orders will be dispatched at the next available opportunity.
• Same-day dispatch may not be possible for high-volume orders due to stock availability.
Express Shipping:
Selecting Express Shipping means Royal Mail 1st Class will be used.
Important Notice for Repeat Incorrect Orders:
In cases where multiple incorrect orders have been placed, we may pause dispatch until the customer confirms the order is correct, based on their confirmation email. This is to help avoid unnecessary returns, delays, and costs for both parties. Incorrect Orders and Refunds: If goods are returned because they were ordered incorrectly, the original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded. This applies even if the order qualified for free delivery at the time of purchase, in which case the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from any refund. Incorrect Address: If a buyer uses an incorrect address at the time of placing an order and their order is unable to be delivered due to this incorrect or incomplete address; any applicable refund will be less the outgoing P&P paid by the buyer. We will of course try to identify any obvious address errors and we will contact you for confirmation. Your order will be held until your confirmation.
